To make it easier for customers to manage all aspects of their accounts online, our cross-functional team redesigned, migrated and optimized customer flows across all platforms.
The new My Verizon experience satisfied customers and decreased call-in rates. The result was millions of dollars in savings and incremental accessory revenue for Verizon.
