Engauge was acquired by worldwide marketing and communications services holding company Publicis Groupe S.A. in August of 2013. Following the acquisition, Engauge became part of the ZenithOptimedia Group network, aligned with Moxie, the Atlanta-based digital advertising agency.
By unifying the two agencies under the Moxie name, ZenithOptimedia has created a digitally driven organization with capabilities that span every facet of advertising, marketing and promotions.
